Cancelation and Refund Policy:
In the event that you need to cancel your rental for any unforeseen reason please reply to the confirmation e-mail that you received when the order was placed or feel free to give us a call and we will cancel the booking.
Deposits are non-refundable but can be credited towards another event within one year of the initial booking at the original location on your booking form, if not used by that time the deposit will be forfeited.
If paid in full a partial refund will be issued
If cancellation is due to rain/ inclement weather, notice of cancelation is required no later than 6:00 AM on the day of the event. You will receive a rain check or refund minus transaction fees
